Tip? Get a new job! Angelica is the worst realtor I have ever met. She is racists, ignorant and incompetent. She said Americans are dirty, meanwhile her daughter is American and Angelica could use some pointers on brushing her disgusting hair. She also rented me an illegal apartment. The whole transaction was illegal and with the worst landlords who turn off the heat and make unreasonable demands like no guests. I do not recommend using Angelica for anything!
