TERRIBLE customer service. I put a rush order on my dress and they never called to tell me that my dress was going to be almost 2 weeks late! And they didn't even offer to refund my rush order fees even though they told me that it would be in on a certain date. If you want a reliable and dependable place to order a dress, do NOT go to Eva's!!!!
