I needed to get a side mirror replaced that had been broken. I was told it would take 5-7 days to have one shipped in. When two weeks passed and no one had contacted me, I called MVAC and was told it still was not in. I felt someone should have called me to let me know the mirror was delayed. Not the other way around. When it finally came in after another week, I was told to bring my car in to have the mirror replaced. When I got there, I was then told the mirror had not been painted yet, so it could not be installed. I was less than happy! I later got a called that day and was told they would put a rush on the paint job so the mirror could be installed later that day.
