Let me first start by saying that this was a WONDERFUL SERVICE that i recieved in a long time. I must confess that i am a spa addict, i do go and get facials regularly, I moved to cumming (bought a house! Yay!) recently and i was looking for a place to go near by. The timing could not be any more perfect when i saw a urban dealight voucher for facial. I bought the voucher, gave them a call, did not reach anybody so left a message and emailed them as well. They replied to the email faster than the phone call, we made the appointment for the following week as they were busy! I was little skeptic by this point and i began to think you get what you pay for...... On the day of the appointment, i was greeted by Sri with a smile and after very brief paperwork she took be to the room and we got started............My moment of paradise began, It is the most thorough facial EVERRRR! I felt so refreshed and relaxed and my skin was glowing!!!!!! I could def understand why they were busy............with all that wonderful service who would not be....... Sri told me they respond faster to emails as they can get to reply it in between clients. I went in again, this time i emailed with date that would work for me and i recieved the appointment confirmation in less than half hour of my email. Wonderful service at affordable cost.....
