I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the comments on here. I also bought a voucher and made an appointment I had a full spa and foot scrub facial and massage and I have nothing but great things to say about them they have a very friendly feel and they where moe them glad to hear what I thought I needed work on. I have recommended them to all my friends and family because of the great service I received. And that's slot coming from me I don't let just anyone work on me. more

I should have been warned by the other reviews on here from people who tried to use Groupons and other vouchers, but I decided to give this place a chance anyway. Big mistake! I purchased a ""spa day"" groupon for a 60-minute massage, a facial, a foot scrub, and a glass of champagne. Apparently, the place was also running a groupon that same day that only included a 60 minute massage. I'm nearly positive I purchased the full spa day deal, since my groupon included instructions about the spa day services. Nevertheless, I had to give Sri my groupon voucher number in order to make a reservation, so if my groupon was only for the massage, she could have told me. Instead, I went and had all the services of the spa day performed, and only when I went to check out did she inform me that my groupon only included a 60 minute massage. Normally, I'd be inclined to chalk this up to my own mistake, but given the past reviews on here and the slight smirk on Sri's face when she told me, I tend to believe this is part of the business plan. I ended up shelling out $$ on top of the groupon for a facial (which was actually good) and the foot scrub (which was not worth $2, much less the $20 they charged). And I never did get the glass of champagne, despite the fact that I requested it during my time there and was assured it was on the way. I would never do business here again, and it really is a shame because they offer some good services. more

Let me first start by saying that this was a WONDERFUL SERVICE that i recieved in a long time. I must confess that i am a spa addict, i do go and get facials regularly, I moved to cumming (bought a house! Yay!) recently and i was looking for a place to go near by. The timing could not be any more perfect when i saw a urban dealight voucher for facial. I bought the voucher, gave them a call, did not reach anybody so left a message and emailed them as well. They replied to the email faster than the phone call, we made the appointment for the following week as they were busy! I was little skeptic by this point and i began to think you get what you pay for...... On the day of the appointment, i was greeted by Sri with a smile and after very brief paperwork she took be to the room and we got started............My moment of paradise began, It is the most thorough facial EVERRRR! I felt so refreshed and relaxed and my skin was glowing!!!!!! I could def understand why they were busy............with all that wonderful service who would not be....... Sri told me they respond faster to emails as they can get to reply it in between clients. I went in again, this time i emailed with date that would work for me and i recieved the appointment confirmation in less than half hour of my email. Wonderful service at affordable cost..... more

I bought a Groupon to use at this location when I would be in town for a entire week for a trip. I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. It took a week for them to return my initial phone call. They called 1 week before my appointment stating that THEY had to cancel my appointment because the massage therapist was now going on a vacation after they had booked appointments. She was unapologetic for their mistake, and unwilling to make a reasonable appointment. The ONLY time she had was a friday night at 7pm. That is NOT the time to have a massage. I do not recommend them. They can not handle the amount of business that is generated from the Groupons. Be sure to look at there website before buy any service from them. more

I recently purchased a Half Off Depot certificate and when I went to get the massage, the owner would not honor it and said some man used it. I could tell she was lying and I know she had trouble keeping her therepist so I feel she keeps selling these certificates and then tries to charge you again after you arrive. \r She is very dishonest person more

I have visited Skin Vitality twice for waxing services (learned about them through a discount voucher). It is much better than the expensive chain spas and the quality & atmosphere is just as good, if not better. The owner makes you feel comfortable and makes sure to do a good job. I will be going back. I absolutely recommend Skin Vitality. more

I had to go to Buckhead or Midtown for my spa services as the only thing in Cumming/Alpharetta were cookie cutter spa chains or so so spas . Skin Vitality was a breath of fresh air. I have had so many facials but the facial i had here at skin vitality by sri is so amazing. I am so glad I was referred to Skin vitality because every experience there has been pleasant . Have been going here for 7 months now. I always text sri to avoid phone tags and she gets back to me and appointments are a breeze. This thankgiving this is my way of giving thianks to her. I usually don't write reviews. I felt like i needed to write one after the experience i had. I have had microdermabrasions in so many places, the micro at skin vitality outweighs all other experiences. My skin truly felt like silk afterwards and also noticed my age spots were less pronounced. The shoulder and neck massage was to die for. I had a living social voucher, making appointment was a breeze( they had online scheduling), they didn't hard sell, the place was clean!!. I will go back, also got couple of gift certificates for my friends... more

I purchased a voucher for waxing. Making the appointment was no problem. When I went in to be serviced and presented my voucher, Sri's attitude changed. The service was terrible and she did not provide the service the voucher listed. I WOULD NOT ADVISED ANYONE TO GO HERE! On the other hand I purchased a voucher from Waxing by Joi, who's located in Dunwoody, and she is totally awesome and welcome new customers with or without vouchers. I am now a customer of hers. STAY AWAY FROM SKIN VITALITY. They do not appreciate smart shoppers. more

I had purchased a voucher via Half Off Depot for a 60 minute Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. I had to wait for a call back and almost beg to schedule an appointment as they were unavailable to accomodate any of my desired times, even into the months of November and December (btw the voucher was purchased in September). Finally after waiting for a call back, I called and finally reached someone. The owner was very rude and unaccommodating. Please don't buy any special deals or vouchers from this business as appearantly the owner really doesn't care about new clients and hates vouchers. I am very disappointed and frustrated wasting my time and money. It's very unprofessional. more

I went there because of the recommendation from my friend. I received a Acne facial and eyebrow& chin wax. My skin felt very clean after the facial and the wax was a breeze. I truly felt like a pampered princess. The owner is very sweet and accommodating with the schedule. more
