While some of the staff members are fantastic, others leave something to be desired. A family member has been there for only a week and can't get her medications with any regularity. I asked for her pain medications repeatedly for five hours one day with no results even though she should have had them every two hours. We asked a staff RN to assist her in going to the bathroom and were refused with the excuse that she was wearing an adult diaper so they would just change her later. Morning assistance going to the bathroom took over thirty minutes to come. When she was first checked in the air conditioner in her room was malfunctioning, though it was 95 degrees outside and the only thing we could get out of the staff was about it was that they have been replacing some of the units and can only do a certain amount each month and they had already done all of the units for that month. They did, however, get someone in to fix it 3-4 days later.
