In the defense of Wayne County Ford. I know there is always two sides to every story. When An 18 year old boy purchases a car on a Friday. ( A high Performance Car, or to an 18 year old a Race car) on a Friday, and puts 800 miles on it in one weekend running the car so hard the tires were burnt off of it. I wonder what had happened. Maybe we ran the rpms to high and blew the turbo off of the car. So when a mature 54 year old women or ""old Lady"" As was stated, entered a place of business screaming like a two year old, the first thing to do would be to stay calm and collective, which to some I suppose may seem to come off as arrogant? And I am sure Wayne County Ford is very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused a valued customer. Further more my understanding is the vehicle was repaired, and to this day has not had a problem. And not a penny was taken out of the customers pocket for any repairs that were performed. Sounds to me like Wayne County Ford did everthing they needed to do to try and satisfy this customer. I guess the old saying goes something like.....you cant please everybody. Although I know Wayne County Ford gives a 110% to do satisfy every customer!
