Wyndchase has the most ridiculous and unaccomodating policies I've ever seen. I regret leasing here. If you rent here, be prepared to get totally ticked off somewhere down the line. The impose policies and absurd rules that only an idiot would consider to be fair. I do not recommend Wyndchase. They combine the rent with the water bill so you never know what the amount is until they add the water bill. The units aren't metered so they get one big bill for an entire building and divide it by the number of tenants. If you use the least water you still pay the same as the person who uses the most. This is only one major issue that is totally unfair. I truly believe that the majority of people who lease here will regret it.
