i have been to the hermitage steak house many times, but in my most recent visits.i have discovered that the food and service is not as good as it used to be.the salad bar is good,but the pricing to get a salad is way too much.in general, i think the food is very over-priced,and over-rated.i dont think the steaks are as good as they used to be,but i do like the bread.i also think the service was very poor.there are only a few waitress that i prefer.i think the manager needs to be be more active with the resteraunt and the customers instead of being in her office,or in some other place.i strongly dislike this resteraunt now.if you are looking for a good steak,go to logans.their food is tastier and better priced.
