I've been going to the Sports Den for over a decade, and I'll go there decades to come. They are awesome! They have the best selection of modern ski gear that I've seen in Salt Lake.
This season one of the guys there suggested a fat powder rocker ski that I wasn't too sure about because it didn't seem like it was going to be all-mountain enough for me. I like to have one setup for all conditions which can get tricky. You usually end up having to compromise performance somewhere in some conditions. But the sales guy swore that these would be find on hardpack, and sure enough, they rip groomers like a champ. I'm surprised, and really happy with Sports Den for suggesting a great ski. They custom fit my boots, too, and I love 'em. They dialed the fit just right.
