I have a 2001 Kenworth with a Cat c 15 motor. My truck was due for a safety inspection. I own my own truck and have had trucks for over 27 years. They were on the list of companies that could do a safety inspection . Typically I pay around 75.00 to 100.00 for the inspection. There tech (Robert) was knowledgeable and worked on my truck for no more than twenty minutes and was polite. I got the bill for 715.00 dollars two weeks later. My company has already payed it and debited my account for the full amount. I complained to Donna in the office and she called the tech (Robert )and he agreed the there was a mistake on the bill). Then Donna told me she would get it fixed. Another month goes by and she says she did not say that. I have made numerous calls and she avoids my phone calls and now she is lying!! I am looking at possible legal actions for this fraud.
