I have had the same experience as all of you!! Rude employees, poor trade in prices, lost items ect. Isnt there something that we can do??? Complain to the BBB or something???? This has to be stopped! They cant get away with scamming us anymore! The Other Mothers on Cutler is owned by the mother and the daughter owns the west side store. The daughter at the west side store has even talked bad about her own moms store when i stated that i was going to take my items to cutler because they were running really behind on trade ins. I have had multipule bad experiences with poor customer service and I spoke to the owner of the west side about a particular employee that I constantly get an attitude with and she told me ""thats the way she is, shes from Louisianna and has a strong personality, if you dont like it, dont shop here or come back""I cant believe this is how they run their business. I hope these rude unprofessional scam artists go out of business soon. If we could all make a formal complaint to the BBB or something else, maybe they will!!
