We tried this kennel recently because the website seemed reputable, but were not impressed with Brookside. All kennels are noisy and it's difficult to keep a kennel ""spotless."" That being said, this kennel resembled a Soviet prison. Dogs did not seem happy there. The accommodations were as cold and dingy-seeming as the staff. The runs did not meet our standards for cleanliness, and after only one night kenneled at Brookside, we had to wash our dog immediately after returning home (and had to detail the back of my wife's car!) because his lower body was absolutely covered in dirt and his own feces. The price seemed reasonable, but compared to the quality obtained at better kennels in the area, you'd be better served going elsewhere.
