When I first moved in 2 years ago the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very well kept. Any issue was handled promptly. After living here for 2 years and never causing any problems they are now refusing to allow me to sign another lease. Even at a higher rate of rent than I was paying. I asked why and they would not give me a reason. They were very rude and honestly downright mean. The grounds are no where near as well kept. Also they are now letting section 8 live here. Yard debris constantly piles up in the walkways. They do not clean the gutters so when its raining and you are standing at your door to unlock it the water runs over the gutter and splashes all over you. They recently painted all the units and the company that did it did a horrible job. There is over spray everywhere. Including over the peep hole in my front door. there are homeless people and drug addicts walking through the property all the time. I have had several things stolen off my front porch. Even during the middle of the day when I was home. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Go somewhere else where you are treated like a person instead of an inconvenience. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wont let me say 0 stars. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
