I have to say that I truly value having a doctor that actually takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I appreciate that when I get results I come in for a follow up appointment in which I can talk about what the result is, become educated about it, and don't have to be anxious over a phone while at home or in the office but rather in the confidential space in the office where I can immediately ask questions regardless of the particular result. Too many of my friends complain that they feel uninformed or confused after brief phone conversation. Never the case with Dr. Shangold; she tells you to come in, cares and is simply the best!
