I recieved a $10 oil change certificates to redeem and needed an upgrade to synthetic oil. The extra cost was not any more than if I bought the synthetic oil myself, quite happy with that. Not a long wait either. Very friendly and my niece who was with me that day really enjoyed petting the dogs. I'll be back again.
