Not only is the rosevelt location nasty but the mgr rocky is about the worst artist ever. i went to see a guy named shane on recommendation from several people . He was booked and told me if I couldn't wait see Rocky. The guy was a total ego'd out prick and screwed my tat up. I should have just cut my losses at the beginning when I realized something was weird but I figured if that guy that did all my friends awesome pieces was right next to me working on his client It couldn't go wrong. BS I will be having a cover up if possible or laser removal at this point. If in doubt wait is all I can stress. especially if your there for someone else! $400.00 down the drain its enough to make you insane with anger.
