I've been taking my dog to Anderson Mill AC for 13yrs. All the veternarians they have staffed and that have seen my dog were always top-notch and excellent. However, over the past several years, calling into the front office staff is painful. They act irritated, rude and incompasionate to anyone that is not standing in front of them. I had one case where one of the desk girls was questioning why I had an appointment scheduled. She was so rude and the 20 questions were not necessary since I was there for a scheduled visit to see the Dr and spend good money.
