We had been camping at Wheeler's Campground for years. The owners have been nothing but rude to us and our children, for no reason other than that they can. They knew that our reservation fell through at Devil's Lake and that is the only reason we ever went to Wheeler's, so the kids could be at least close to the lake. Maybe they resented that? The Wheelers seem like they have a Dr. Jeckyll/Mr. Hyde syndrome...sometimes pleasant, but most of the time bothersome & rude. Not to mention the snide remarks from the Mr. about buying our firewood elsewhere. We know many people that they have been rude to...people that enjoy camping and are not party goers, but campers...and to have these self-important hicks be rude to us for no reason is just stupid.
