Well I wanted a perm so bad my hair is to my waist and I always wear it up so I wanted it curly for a change! So they said they would do it! I wish I wouldn't of rushed because my perm is not curly at all I wanted a spiral curl and a nice tight look instead I have to put a lot of gel in it a scrunch it till it looks a little curly!! I'm so pi**ed off I payed 203.00 yeah two hundred and three dollars for this perm!!! I went in and told them to please fix it and they said there is nothing they can do for me my hair is too heavy and that's why it anit that curly!! so what's the reason my bangs are not curly? I'm a single mother and 200 dollars on my hair was a lot of money* and now they are telling me they can't do anything for me!! I talked to the owner and she said if I cut it than it will be curly?? I would never go back there again they are so rude and unprofessional I wouldn't take my dog there!! I even started to cry and they wouldn't even give me any of my money back! I don't know what to do!!! :( and I surly can't spend anymore money on my hair* right now!!!
