Look at all the positive reviews, all of the reviewers review the same places and give nothing but positive reviews. I was a renter and trust me, I am still feeling the pain even after moving out. I was promised my damage deposit over 2 months ago, and no amount of calling has helped. Ruby, the property manager never returns messages, they took forever to come out and fix things and then only fixed them half of the time. The sprinklers went out and the yard was dead before they fixed them. The owners were charged for repairs that they never fixed. I am totally upset with this company, stay far away.
