What is there to say about Don Muntean..... Well, he is rude, unprofessional, and NOT EVEN A CATERER!! HE IS A REAL ESTATE AGENT FOR CLINT WILLIAMS!!! I had him caterer my wedding at the grand pacific hotel (only because he was the only option) and i will never recommend the facility and or don muntean and his catering company to anyone!! Don met me at the location 2 days before.. he did not greet me or have a nice chat with me it was ""this is your set up"" and you need to set up your own tables... it was only when my husband and the best man came in that he was semi nice to me.. The day of the wedding, we had the beef tips and noodles and the beef was so fatty that you could not chew it. The wait staff was rude and made my guests uncomfortable with their smart ass comments such as ""its not my job to clear the table but maybe you shouldn't drink so much"" and "" looks like your having your own private party over here"" and ""I'll get you water when i get to it""... These are not outlandish requests from people.... IT IS YOUR JOB!! My guests had to wait for plates because they ran out.. yet i was under my initial count... and to top it all off....... THERE WERE ANTS ON 5 DIFFERENT TABLES!!!! My wedding was amazing.... my reception was a NIGHTMARE!! Don Muntean would not know good food and or good customer service if it bit him on the ass!! If anyone is considering uses this ""business"" please do yourself and your guests a favor and go to GFS and SAM'S CLUB or COSTCO yourself and call yourself the caterer... that is where he gets his food from anyways!!
