Very professional, arrived within the time frame I was given. He repair my Kenmore stove very fast. the rate was also reasonable, he didn't charge me for the estimate. He also gave me tips on how to save energy with my refrigerator. The guy seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Would definitely call him again and recommend him too.
