The owner frank was very impatient, demanding, and rude. Not a good first impression. only on the phone with Frank for about ten minutes and in that time he was impatient short and demanding with the tone in his voice. It seemed like we were bothering him. Interrupting me and sharp and short told me what he will and wont do in a take it or leave it tone. Frank is in Milwaukee and we like to get the work done we need from local company's instead of the Internet company's who use local company's advertisements against them and sneak under them and steel work. So after our unprofessional conversation with the owner Frank we chose a company that treated us with respect and appreciation for our business. It isn't a big job but none the less its work and frank lost out cause his short disrespectfull rude attitude. Sorry frank but you should treat your customers with at least the same kindness and respect that you would like to be treated.
