Both my sister and myself ordered flowers for Mothers Day from this store. Between the two of us, we spend nearly $150. Upon arrival, both bouquet of flowers were wilted, with the water in the vase black. I called the store and spoke with the owner Paul, who was extremely rude and unapologetic. He took no responsibility for sending dead flowers from his stores, claiming that something must have happened during delivery. Speaking to my mother, it was clear that the flowers had been sitting around the shop for over a week, but even if what he was saying was true, he should have taken responsibility for the flowers until the second they reached my mother's front door. I am so disgusted wit the treatment over the phone and the service, that this is the first time I have ever written a review online (negative or positive). Please avoid this business at all costs and save yourself the hassle more
