His female colleague is the rudest, deafest, unprofessional assistant my family and I have ever encountered. She has prescribed the same ""knock you out"" cough medicine for my infant daughters, for over a year, that has not cured their cough, much less their addiction to this prescription. Her staff is rude, especially the african-american who refused me access to the office phone to call for a ride home, after they changed my 8:30 a.m. appt. to a 1 p.m. appt. She stated ""this phone is not for the public."" Well I guess she got an ""F"" in class for defining the difference between a patient and the public!! Due to Vu's lack of medical knowledge my 2 year old has endured an itching rash all over her body for 2 weeks now with the assistants prescription of ""put some moisturizer on her body"" and called it a day. AND WITH THAT I WILL SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION ELSEWHERE WITH A PROFESSION M.D. ON MY SIDE!!! Thanks Dr. Garnica for all of nothing from your Vu assistant physician....
