I was told my my insurance company to call Service Master due to having water damage, Service Master of Waynesville, NC.They came out & set up dehumidiifers & fans. I came home the next day & there was water all over the house. I called them and they came out and said it was their fault, they did not put the hose in the sink, they left it around the back of the back of the unit. There was additional damage & they stated they would take care of it. I continued to ask them about ithe damage and they continued to say don;t worry about it, we will take care of any damage we caused. I received an e-mail stating, :""Typically we don’t replace damaged items."" They caused the damage, which the employee stated, "" It was my fault, I did not check things before I left"". Do not use this company for restoration, they make too many mistakes, they will not take responsibility for it.
