I heard good things about her and so excitedly emailed to find out about rates so I could budget my treatments. She responded to me with a very long and rude message about how she was too busy to take the time to explain her processes to me. For someone who complains that she's too busy to answer emails, she sure took the time to write a whole lot about not having the time to answer questions (she was upset about having to defend her process or something, which confused me since all I wrote were two sentences about rates).
She lost me as a customer for sure; she should really hire a receptionist if she's so busy with constant business.
