Ihave just moved to Tyler from Austin - in the last 8 months, I had taken my Xterra to 3 different auto shops (Firestone, Andre's, and Brake Check) - none of those facilities could determine the root cause of the charge / power issue with my truck. I had 2 alternators, 2 batteries, and a general overall performed. Only once (with Andre's) the car actually worked for more than a week. \r

I was lucky enogh to receive a recommendation regarding Gateway Tire (I was experiencing the same pwr drain issue). Even though I called at least 5 times today, both Ben and Chris were extremely patient, polite, and professional. I just can't say enough about their fantastic customer service. I have no plans on taking my Xterra any other place now - Gateway Tire is truly fantastic.
