Our sons have been at Ryer for 18 months now and they are learning so much! They learn a martial art, but more importantly they learn the art of strength and control. The word of the month, the fantastic teaching, the environment as a whole all contribute. \r

A quick story to demonstrate: Our 4 year old son was at a friend's house. She went to the playroom after the two 4yo's left it to see how big a mess there was to clean up and found that it was clean. She went to the boys to praise them for clearing up after themselves. She called me to tell me that my son said, ""We were proactive!"" THAT is the word of the month!
