I am new to the area and tried Bob's Automotive upon the recommendation of a co-worker. I've had my vehicle into their shop twice now over the past year and each time I was treated with respect and with patience. I thought they did an excellent job explaining to me what was causing the problems I had with my car and gave me options for repair based on what quality replacement parts I wanted installed. I even got a second opinion for the repairs (new front shocks and a serpentine belt) and the other shop wanted to charge roughly the same amount of money but using lower quality replacement parts instead of the oem parts I was quoted by Bob's.
I would recommend Bob's to a friend without hesitation!
