Let me start by saying NEVER trust Arvell Moore AC & Heating. Dont take my word for it, go check out their BBB rating yourself. Long story short, I agreed to an install from Arvell Moore... gave them MY HARD EARNED MONEY, and the owner took my money, spend it... and never installed my new equipment. This whole experience has just made me sick, and I dont want to get all into my personal experience... I just want to get the word out there to consumers, dont ever trust Arvell Moore AC & Heating.
