Dr. Beard is a great pediatrician, however the front office is very rude. They didn't want to see me for my lactation visit because I didn't bring my insurance card with m even though they had it on file. They are very expensive! I've been going there since my son was born. He is 4 months and when he got his shots he ran a high fever and didn't want to eat. I called the office trying to speak to a nurse because he wouldn't stop crying. They told me they'd have to take a message and call me back. It takes hours to recieve a call back from that office. I am now switching pediatric groups because of this. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone! I wish Dr. Beard worked at a different location. She is the only one I'll miss.
