I have been going to the Golden Paw since they opened in 2001 a lot has changed since but it seems to have been all for the better. I love how caring the staff is and how willing they are to care for my dogs. I have two dogs, one who is 13 and needs special care and the other a 7 month old puppy who is full of energy. I love that when I walk through that door the front desk staff knows who I am and the names of each dog. I love that that staff takes the time to get to know both me and my dogs on a more personal level I don't feel like I am just another client to them. I'll be the first to admit I can be a little over protective of my babies but the staff deals with me and all my craziness with out even batting an eye. One of the big things that sold me on the Golden Paw was I didn't have to come at a certain time for a tour or set up an appointment like all other places it made me feel like they weren't hiding something from me and I have been a loyal customer ever since.\r
