Although I can't comment on how they treat their employees, I can say that 95 percent of the employees that I have encountered have been helpful and courteous. I did stand in a long line for 15 minutes the last time I was there which wasn't the most fun but when my fiance and I were waited on we were apologized to for the wait. I then placed my order and the guy who was waiting on me recommended a few changes and after sampling some cookies I found out that he knew what I wanted better than I did. They aren't always this helpful but service is never bad. Oh, I have never seen anyone of Hispanic ethnicity behind the counter
