Excellent! The best massage I've ever had. I have back and neck issues and carry alot of stress in my neck. After I left from having my massage with Shantel I felt good for at least a week. I'm more than impressed with the entire massage expierence. I highly recommend her services, especially if you have any stress or spine issues.
