Horrible haircut from a new woman from Port Arthur. Told her I only wanted a trim & wanted to keep the length. Before I could stop her she cut off 5 inches! I was devastated. It's been years since I've wanted to cry from getting a haircut. Stay away from the woman. Her station is the first one on the right hand side when you walk in to the Bellaire location. I've gotten haircuts here before but after this experience I will NEVER go back. It's cheap you get what you oatmeal for.
