I've had all of my vehicles serviced exclusively at TC Tire in Eden Prairie for the last 10 years. I've found the prices competitive and the service friendly and competent. My recent experience however was subpar. The cost of the front brake service was much more than the rear brake service i had done a couple months earlier. I did not receive my usual (MERSC) 10% discount; nor did they credit the $25 coupon for brake service presented when i dropped off the car. Further, the demeanor of the people at the service counter was aloof, which is disappointing after 10 years of loyal service.
