Fast & Efficient 12/30/2011

My vehicle had an oil and filter change. Arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment and it was finished in about 30 minutes. While they were working on my vehicle, I used the free WiFi and got some work done. Friendly staff that treat me with respect. Thank you! more

I've had all of my vehicles serviced exclusively at TC Tire in Eden Prairie for the last 10 years. I've found the prices competitive and the service friendly and competent. My recent experience however was subpar. The cost of the front brake service was much more than the rear brake service i had done a couple months earlier. I did not receive my usual (MERSC) 10% discount; nor did they credit the $25 coupon for brake service presented when i dropped off the car. Further, the demeanor of the people at the service counter was aloof, which is disappointing after 10 years of loyal service. more

Nearly perfect experience 12/18/2011

I had my tires rotated. I needed a new battery and that was purchased and installed on the spot. I had my oil changed and the wrong oil was put into my car. more

Warm feeling 12/2/2011

Every time I walk into Twin City Tire in Eden prairie, I feel so at ease. The entire Staff makes you feel welcome and is so courteous with smiles and eye contact as you approach the counter. I would reccommend this service center to anyone! more

Change a headlight 11/29/2011

I waited an hour and a half to have a headlight lightbulb changed. I identified my car when I called in for an appointment, so I didn't understand why they didn't have the proper bulb on hand when I came in later in the day. It was also an hour into the wait when they told me that the bulb they had on hand was the wrong one. Other than this one bad experience, I feel I usually have excellent service. more

Oil Change & Tire Rotation 11/4/2011

Dropped the car off in the morning and they had it ready by lunch as promised. I was impressed considering how busy they were - it was the day before the deer opener & everyone wanted an oil change or a set of tires. more
