STAY AWAY!!!
I told the ""stylist"" that I wanted 3 inches cut from my waist length hair. Straight across, no layers. I showed her what I meant by 3 inches. I specified that when standing, my hair should fall BELOW my breasts. I stood up and showed her where to cut it.
She cut over 6 inches and my hair now barely reaches the middle of my chest. She pretended not to understand when I got upset and said it ""was very long and it look pretty now"". The woman at the front desk agreed that I had asked for only 3 inches, but also said ""it look pretty""
Disgusting and arrogant. 0 stars if I could.
