I'm sure this isn't a concern for those getting ""elective"" procedures, but if you need something minor but medically necessary, beware that your insurance may require a predetermination and this clinic WILL NOT do it, even if you request it after trying to get the information directly from your insurance company. I've been burned before by not getting a predetermination, so I don't mess around with this....wish they would have told me up front because I wouldn't have wasted everyone's time with the consultation appointment (which incidentally took about 5 times longer than I was told it would). I will say that everyone was nice...as polite as they can be when refusing to do something that any medical facility would find routine. If you're planning to pay out of pocket for the procedure, I would guess you'll have a fine experience here...but if you're submitting to insurance, don't make the mistake I did.
