OMG, what a lazy operation. I called to delivery, was told 50 mins. 90 later still no sign of it. I called them to ask where it was and they told me they were busy. They never asked who i was or what my order was, they just hung up on me! I called back 10 mins later to cancel the order and they hung up on me again! I called a third time to speak to the manager and he didn't seem to give a damn. As a first time customer of theirs I know I will never be their customer again. It's a shame because we order a number of pizzas every week and love supporting local businesses. i guess that the big chains just know how to treat their customers better. Shame on you Patsy's
