If I had written this review two months ago it would have been very different, and I'm glad I waited.
At this point I give 2 stars because despite all of the difficulties, the yard is looking 10 times better than it did before. I have 11/13 working irrigation zones, and the grass is healthy and mostly weed free (partly thanks to Tru-green and lots of weed pulling). The irrigation trenches are all clearly visible where the ground has settled, but hopefully I can fix that with some top dressing. There are still some spots where grass has not grown in well, either due to poor hydroseeding or poor water distribution, but those are filling in slowly. Cesar has always been very polite through the process. He was apologetic about all of the problems, but promised timelines were rarely met.
I would probably not bring them back for another project unless the problems I still have are made right.
