I had read reviews here on CitySearch and was nervous by what some past clients had said. I was nervous but as soon as I got there, Brian made me feel so comfortable. he explained exactly what he was going to do and what would happen during the treatment. He was super attentive, always asking how I was doing. He did an amazing job on styling my hair afterwards how I usually do myself. I love the results! My hair has never been more straight, soft or smooth. I was able to wash and air dry my super curly hair with no products, blow drying or curlers necessary! It is the most unbelievable thing ever!
