I needed a quick, basic manicure one Friday afternoon. I will never return to this place. I was sat at a station waiting for the manicurist. While there, I looked down and saw an old nail clipping on the table. Finally, the manicurist came out and barely greeted me and did not smile. She tried to only push back my cuticles but I asked for her to use the nipper (? not sure if that's the right name). She managed to nick me three times--the last time drawing blood. I noticed she did not place the instruments she used on me in a sterilizer. I could not wait to get the heck out of there.
