I went to Vamp for a hair cut and color. The hair cut was ok, but ended up much shorter than I had asked. She cut my hair in the back and just kept cutting. I believe to correct the first mistake. the color didn't appear bad until I got home and could see it in the light. My greys were still grey, the color on my roots was much lighter than the ends and it wasn't the color I had asked for. I called the salon the next day and was told by Cindy it wouldn't do any good for me to come back to have it fixed because the owner insisted on using inferior product because they were cheaper I paid over $100 including tip and had to pay again to have my hair corrected by a real professional. My advice, look for a salon who uses good hair products and whose employees actually believe they deliver a good product. Stay away from VAMP in West Jordan...
