We stopped in looking like something the cat dragged in - hot and weary tourists, tired after many days in the NY heat.
No matter - we were greeted graciously, treated like real customers who would spend some money (we did), and were taken seriously.
Kudos to my salesperson, Carmen. I had been to Macy's, and was, after DKNY, heading to Bloomingdale's, in search of the perfect DKNY handbag. She gave me her card, probably expecting never to hear from me again.
Off to Bloomie's, and now with 3 stops under my belt, back to this store for what I deemed the perfect DKNY bag, to buy from a great salesperson, and a bottle of Pure, the new DKNY fragrance, to top if off.
My purchases were shipped 2-day; I am thrilled with the products, and would recommend a stop here to all.
I might add that I believe it was the store manager waiting on me when I returned, and I didn't get her name, but these ladies have it going on, I can tell you.
Highly recommend a stop here, if only to browse.
