I have been a customer of Norris of Houston for the past seventeen years and have witnessed it grow from a small "barber-shop" business to a full service salon.
While it is Debbie who keeps me coming back, due to the fact that NOBODY knows hair color better, I have enjoyed many of the other services provided -- manicures/pedicures, facials, etc. From the front desk to the shampoo center, you could not ask for better customer service.
Even though this salon is in the heart of the Galleria/Uptown area, the environment is not "stuffy" like many of its competitors. The customer is first as it should be.
