I've never met a more unprofessional office staff! Apartment walls/ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallways, outside, and above you. They apartment wants access to your apartment atleast 3 times a month, which is absolutely ridiculous. They office staff will lie to your face. Mold in so many of the units that are just "temporarily fixed".\r

I know most people read these reviews and assume the bad reviews mean someone has a bone to pick with this place, and shouldnt be taken seriously. But please trust me. This is the last place in New Smyrna Beach that you would want to live.
