Have tried for a week to get a call back from the Guest Service Manager - trying to book 20 rooms for a baseball tourney. You would think they would want our business???? but apparently not. Also the times I've spoken with the GS Manager he has been rude and not helpful. Poor customer service! I will say have been very impressed so far dealing with the Courtyard by Marriott Southeast Indy who have been very accomodating for our party of 20!
